About Us
About Us
We believe that successful M&A is essential to business growth: executional processes, collaboration and know-how must be streamlined, optimised and scalable across an
organisation.
The legacy behaviours of traditionally executed M&A are costly, being prone to errors and cumbersome for teams to operate efficiently. The patchwork of software, files, storage and management tools results in information loss, timing misalignment and the breakdown of valuable institutional knowledge.
ABOUT THE NAVIMA PLATFORM
Navima® is the intelligent way to do M&A. We provide a powerful, end-to-end platform purpose built for M&A that teams rely on to collaborate, guide deals and build playbooks for repeatable success.
Navima supports the end-to-end M&A process across buy-side, sell-side and alliances – enabling teams to increase deal flow, bring consistency to M&A projects and make data-driven decisions.
All documents, playbooks, tasks and reports are securely managed from one location, easily accessed via the cloud. Bottlenecks and silos are a thing of the past – the Navima platform brings everyone and everything together securely, in one place, all the time.
ABOUT US
Our experience begins with our founders, having spent their careers (a collective 60+ years) working directly in M&A. Hundreds of successful deals provides us with a detailed understanding of the contextual pain-points and criticalities of conducting M&A. From here, our expertise inspired us to found Navima as the premier M&A enablement company.
